Enerjet is looking for a Route Planner and Flight Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Route Planning and Flight Scheduling Specialist will work directly with the commercial team to apply advanced skills in design, configuration, training and testing of the Passenger Services System (PSS).
Responsibilities and Duties
As the primary user of the PSS, the Route Planning and Flight Scheduling Specialist will maintain and manage the development process of route plans and flight schedules for Enerjet.
Working with the Revenue Management Specialist, the Route Planning and Flight Scheduling Specialist will optimize the route plan to achieve revenue and yield management, along with inventory strategies.
The Route Planning Specialist will require interfacing with internal departments, the executive team, as well as external stakeholders, including Operation Control, Maintenance, Ground Operations, and other departments as part of the everyday schedule development process.
Monitor, track and troubleshoot route performances to ensure objectives are being met and implement corrective action plan strategies to correct performance shortfalls.
Assist the operations support team with accommodation of IROP and ad-hoc flight scheduling.
Ability to develop written reports for commercial team as required.
Qualifications and Skills
3 + years of previous airline experience in a commercial aircraft planning and scheduling capacity
A solid understanding of airline route networks and commercial aircraft terminology
A post-secondary diploma/Degree
Advanced digital literacy, including proficiency in a Passenger Services System (PPS-Reservation System)
Oversee the daily and future scheduling requirements of all aircraft
Maintains daily fleet plan and integrates the capacity plan to operable schedules and statistics
Experience using Navitaire and/or AIMS software systems
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate within all levels of the business sector
Must be able to multi-task and work with multiple competing deadlines
Able to adapt to strict timelines
Possess strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills to articulate effectively across all disciplines
Collaborative, driven, creative and innovative
Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program (ARAAC)
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
